This includes reliable arrival times, tidy and respectful working practices and best practice. We treat every job with the same level of care

Transparent Estimates
Once we have the details, we provide a clear written estimate and expectations

Estimates, Invoicing & Payments
All estimates and invoices are issued through our professional accounting software, with banking transfer as standard

Completion & Aftercare
Once the work is finished, we walk you through the completed project to ensure everything meets your expectations

Project Deposits
To secure your booking and cover initial material costs, we take a project deposit before work begins

Materials & Sourcing
We only use high-quality materials from trusted suppliers. Materials are charged at trade cost plus a small handling fee
