A handcrafted signature platter combining European Oak and Sapele in a clean, contrasting mixed‑hardwood design. Each board is made in East Sussex using traditional joinery techniques, with both timbers selected for their stability, colour and distinctive grain character.

The warm reddish tone of Sapele sits beautifully against the pale, classic grain of European Oak, creating a refined presentation surface ideal for charcuterie, cheese, breads and shared dishes. Finished with a food‑safe oil blend and smooth chamfered edges, this platter is designed for both everyday hosting and special occasions.

Every piece is individually made, hand‑finished and quality‑checked before leaving the workshop.
